Its 2008!

Man its been a while. I started 2008 off right with my close friends. We spent the holidays at home as a family. Jasmine got sooooooo many gifts. We then took that long trip back to Indpls, where Jasmine and I got to spend the New Years with my mom, sister, and In Laws. I became one with the couch. Its hard being lazy, pregnant, and out of my element. And I say that because It was cold as HELL. It snowed from 12/31 to 1/3. I was like OKAY I AM RET TO GO! My poor Honda was suffering. NYE was good. I spent it with Robin, Jeanique, Trevor, & Heather. We did what we usually do, sit back and talk about people. LOL! It was really fun. I got to see my wonderful God Son. Oh, I have been so overwhelmed with all the changes, I forgot to tell everyone we found out we are having a BOY! I don't think I have ever seen Raymond smile so hard. We surprised his dad on his 60th Birthday with the news. He was overjoyed. We are all excited.













Jeanique, Robin, and I also got to see my close friend Johnny. He has been locked up for over 2 years and it was very hard. I was really scared not really knowing what to expect. But MAN it was good to see him. He looked great and was so excited to see us. He is still JT. Talking about everyone. He knew more about what was going on than we did. I said, "Damn JT, this is some real gossip here!" LMAO! It was really good to see him, hopefully I can go back this summer.



We have also decided what to do for our Anniversary. We are going to Disney World! Okay, why am I so excited. LMAO! We haven't told Jasmine yet, but she will probably pass out. We decided to celebrate this as our 1st Anniversary / Jasmines 5th Birthday since they are so close together. You know I am the bargain queen so we are getting really good deals on everything. We will probably do one day there and the other at Universal Studios. The only bad thing is with my "Condition" and yes that's what I am calling it! LMAO! I won't be able to get on the rides, but I will still enjoy it.

Also I have been picking up little baby items here and there. I got some great deals the other day at "The Mart!" I got a changing table for $24.50. I also picked up the Car Seat, Stroller, And Pack and Play.

Another Monday

I had a decent weekend. Friday Just hung around the house and Saturday I went to a surprise party for a girlfriend (Fran). She was shocked and everything was so pretty. Everyone around me is turning 30, so of course its starting to make me think. Although I still have 4 years until my big day. I am anxious to see where my life will be. Jasmine will be 8 (WTF!) and the new one will be 3. I am still trying to imagine my life with 2 children. It will be the year 2011, still happily married, wonderful mother, and hopefully still Property Manager working for Malon! Anyway, here are some pics Ayanna took from this weekend.

And now there are 2!

I just recently found out I am expecting another child. Well I have known for a month and a half but just refused to accept it! :) Its come as quite a shock for us considering the fact that we weren't trying. Jasmine is almost 5 and now its time to start over. I am terrified. My life is good. Jasmine is pretty much out of daycare, for those of you that don't know how exciting that is, It means $160 a week in my pocket. And now its time to start over. Don't get me wrong, I am happy, I think this is great for Raymond and I. Its just going to take some adjusting. When we had Jas, we were young and I was ANGRY 90% of my pregnancy. Things just weren't working out between us and lets just say it wasn't a good feeling. Now we are married and I am praying things will be better for us. We finally broke the news to Jasmine and she is ecstatic. She has been asking for a brother / sister forever! I haven't told my job yet. I am 11 weeks, so maybe I'll break the news next week.
